Parking is charged at a flat fee of R15. Parking tickets can be paid upon exit.

The Vaccination Centre of Hope operates from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.

What documents do I need to bring when visiting the Vaccination Centre of Hope?

Please bring a valid ID card or Drivers Licence as this will be checked throughout the vaccination process.

Under 35 year olds will be vaccinated from 20 August 2021. Please register on EVDS in order to schedule an appointment.

Can I get vaccinated if I don't have a medical aid?

Yes, the Vaccination Centre of Hope is open to all members of the public, with or without medical aid.

Can I get vaccinated at the Vaccination Centre of Hope if I am registered at another venue?

Yes, the Vaccination Centre of Hope is open to all members of the public, even if you are registered at another venue.

Can I get my second vaccination prior to the due date for travel purposes?

Does the Vaccination Centre of Hope offer the Johnson & Johnson or Pfizer vaccines?

The Vaccination Centre of Hope currently only offers the Pfizer vaccine.

Will I get preference if I am over 60 years old?

Yes, all persons over 60 years of age will queue seperately.

Will the Vaccination Centre of Hope be operational on weekends in the future?

The Vaccination Centre of Hope is not currently operational on weekend. The Western Cape Department of Health will communicate should this change in the future.

Are children allowed in the Vaccination Centre of Hope?

Yes, children are allowed and should be accompanied by parents at all times. All Covid-19 protocols within the centre are applicable to children as well.

My spouse and I have separate vaccination dates, can we get vaccinations together on the same day?
