INTENTION TO APPOINT TENDER CTICC 010/2025: PROVISION OF ISO 22000:2018 INTERNAL AUDITS, KITCHEN HYGIENE AND MICROBIOLOGICAL FOOD TESTING SERVICE PROVIDER FOR A PERIOD FROM 01 JULY 2025 TILL 30 JUNE 2030 TO THE CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE.

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 that Cape Town International Convention Centre intends entering a contract relating to rendering of PROVISION OF ISO 22000:2018 INTERNAL AUDITS, KITCHEN HYGIENE AND MICROBIOLOGICAL FOOD TESTING SERVICE PROVIDER for a period of five (5) years from 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2030.

This contract will impose financial obligations on the Municipality for a period longer than the three years covered in the annual budget for the financial year 2025/2026.

The budgetary impact of entering this contract for the periods stipulated above is as follows:

Notice is further given in accordance with Section 21A and Section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that the local community and other interested persons are invited to submit comments or representations to the CTICC in respect of the proposed draft contract. Such comments or representations must be received via electronic mail, be delivered at the physical address hereunder or mailed to the mailing address provided hereunder within 30 days. Submissions must be clearly marked, with the relevant Tender No information.
