Q: Please share a bit about your background. Where are you from and how did your journey bring you to the CTICC?
My journey began at CTICC as a Guest Relations Officer, where I didn’t just take on a job,  I embarked on a path of growth, confidence, and meaningful connections. Every client who walked through the doors brought a new experience, and every call was a chance to make an impact. I became the bridge between the company and the outside world. Along the way, I mastered the art of quick thinking, professionalism, and patience. What once felt like simple tasks became the foundation of my professional journey.  Today, I proudly hold the position of a Business Development and Sales Administrator in the commercial space, where I’m continuously learning, thriving, and expanding my knowledge of the industry, and  my journey is just getting started!

Learing, growing and developing.

Q: What inspired you to pursue this career?
The fact that I love working with people.

Q: Can you share a memorable moment from your time here?
When i was chosen to join on a business travel. I’ve learnt how crucial my job plays into to bringing in business.

Q: What do you find most rewarding in your role?
Connecting with different and diverse people from all walks of life.

Q: Who inspires you and why?
My manager, Merryl Fairfoot. She holds a wealth of knowledge and embodies great leadership. She is eager to help others grow, offering guidance and support to foster development. Her leadership has been invaluable in my journey so far, inspiring me to learn and develop.

Q: What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?
I find a huge interest natural medicine.

Q: What are your future goals at the CTICC?
As I continue to grow in my career, my goal is to expand my expertise in business development and sales while deepening my understanding of the industry. I aspire to take on leadership roles where I can inspire, mentor, and drive success within my organisation. In the long run, I aim to develop strong strategic skills, build meaningful business relationships, and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance growth and relevant. My journey is about continuous learning, embracing challenges, and making a lasting impact in my field. Most importantly, I want to keep evolving, stay adaptable, and seize new opportunities that push me beyond my limits. The future is full of possibilities, that I am ready to embrace.
