Home of Hope

Home of Hope is a Cape Town-based non-profit organisation dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable children, particularly those affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).

Their mission:

Established in 2005, Home of Hope focuses on holistic care, ensuring that children receive not only shelter but also education, therapeutic support, and opportunities to thrive.

Their Projects

Home of Hope provides care and support for vulnerable and abandoned children, especially those affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).

• Child and Youth Care Centre: A 24/7 safe home offering care, therapy, and life skills to children in need.

• Amathemba Special Needs School: A dedicated school for children with FASD, providing specialized education and support.

• Anselm Farm: A working farm teaching life and vocational skills to young adults with disabilities.
