The kykNET Silwerskerm Awards for Film and TV is a glamorous gala event where the best feature films showcased at the 14th kykNET Silwerskerm Festival in Camps Bay will be honoured, as well as the actors, presenters and personalities who provided exceptional entertainment on the kykNET channels between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026. The awards show will be broadcast the following evening on kykNET (DStv channel 144).
Pierre Breytenbach and Reandi Grey are the hosts, with music provided by Bobby van Jaarsveld, Refentse Morake, Elwira Standili, and Margot and Loki Rothman.
After the awards ceremony, there will be an after party in the venue next to the auditorium.
